Kezuth's Relief

Once a year, in the Refuge Woods, a cleansing festival is held in honour of Kezuth. Here practisioners will undergo cleansing rituals similar to what Kezuth did before settling down at the Refure Woods. While some do this ritual as a religious practice directed at Kezuth as a guardian deity, most inhabitants of the Refuge Woods simply do so out of tradition and in hopes that the forest will lift their curses as it did for Kezuth.   The ritual in itself is simple and consists of fasting for the day and drinking only wood collected on plants. At the end of the day some practitioners believe eating the crystalline plants found close to the mountains improves the effect, but most simply partake in a celebratory meal.
