Caretaker of the Arena

The Caretaker of the Arena is typically a largely ceremonial role since the state owns the arena and managers typically handle the paperwork and set up fights for their own shows and fighters. However the current caretaker, Mikhael, has distinguished himself as he seemingly has the ability to judge the potential of actors, gladiators and other entertainers with only a glance. This has led many to come to him for suggestions on who to hire and who to take lead roles in plays or fights. Due to this he has become increasingly more influential in deciding what happens at the arena to the point where very few things currently happen without his consent.
Many young entertainers like him very much since he gives the stage to anyone who is able to perform while many older entertainers dislike him for ignoring political influence and being impossible to bribe.
