the six heroes fight the darkness, but end up loosing

year 266, month 10, day18 We have found books and journals of the vin that talk about the six heroes fighting a "true darkness". We still have yet to find out what that means, but we believe it to be an enemy. The logs say that though the heroes fought hard, they ended up not making it. This "true darkness" is said to be the most powerful thing that they had encountered. From what it sounds like, the heroes only managed to lock it away, to destroy it.   some of us, including myself, believe that this "true darkness" is why there are no vin left. While others, such as my brother, feel like it was due to the robots somehow. We have yet to find anything that talks about life after the robots, so for now we are calling that time "the lost era"   one thing that we all noticed was that we could not find any mention of the seventh hero. We found this interesting. It was as if they had just disappeared. However, we found mentions of it after the "true darkness" was locked away.
