the new start to the new land

year 288, mouth 1, day 1 We have desided to mark this day as the first day of our new land. My logs will still keep the current year, but my brother will start his logs with this new year as the first year. Right now, we only have small camps, but I feel like these are the starts of towns, or even cities.
