Utekme
The Utekme Confederation is a democratic confederation of Utek tribes in the south of the Fjodthi Subcontinent in Vieluesse. They have some hereditary hierarchies, but many tribes also elect or informally appoint leaders.
They split off from Skäktme about a century ago, after a long period of increasing political autonomy and decreasing power of the monarchy. So far, Skäktme hasn't cared to interfere or attempt to reannex Utekme.
