Newen Blaine
Newen Blaine is an important figure in the Khalgeshi liberation struggle against Halar.
He was born in southeastern Teshoya, in one of the cities that became Halar, but he became Khalgeshi as a baby. He has fully embraced them as his people, and as they face genocide by Halar, he has devoted himself to finding a path to liberation against all odds.
