Gas Mask
A gas mask consists of a facemask connected to a belt- or chest-mounted filter by a hose. It must be fitted correctly in order to form an airtight seal. Most models have a rubber seal that is shaved with a knife to fit an individual, then sanded smooth. A properly fitted mask gives the wearer Filter Lungs, Immunity to Eye and Nose Irritants, and No Sense of Smell/Taste.
Severing the vulnerable hose (-2 to hit) exposes the wearer to the environment.
Wearing a gas mask muffles the user's voice; a listener must make a Hearing roll to understand them. This also affects radio communication. The mask also gives its user Resitricted Vision(No Peripheral Vision).
