Composite Body Armor
A cuirass and groin protector made from layers of resin-impregnated silk, linen, and cotton. An example is the armor issued to Dornish Airborne Forces during the Last War. About an inch thick, it has a duck cloth cover with ammunition pockets on the front.
Similar equipment was issued to some units in most combatant nations.
