Clevengers
The Clevengers are a large and formerly powerful aristocratic family of Dorn. They were the ruling family from 1338-1349, from the Dornish Civil War until the rise of the Dorn National Front.
Inez Clevenger was the queen of Dorn and the head of the house until her execution in 1349. Currently, the family is in a precarious position in Dorn, as they are under suspicion of sedition by association with the former queen. Members who were close with Inez or otherwise felt more threatened have fled the country, while others remain under the watchful eye of the state.
The current head of the house is in question. Within the borders of Dorn, the legal head of the house is Margaret Clevenger, in part because of her vocal support for the echelarist movement. However, outside of Dorn, the assets of the Clevenger family are under the control of Alice Stonewall as the princess-consort of Inez Clevenger. Once Inez's children are of age, they would become the legal inheritors.
