  You focus a pinprick of sunfire on your fingertip and lance it toward a creature you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 Radiant damage and glows with harsh, needlepoint light until the end of your next turn.
  Until the light fades, the target sheds Bright Light in a 10-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 10 feet. The target cannot benefit from nonmagical Dim Light or Darkness for the purpose of hiding, and cannot benefit from the Invisible condition for the duration.
  If the target is an Undead, it must also succeed on a Constitution saving throw have the Dazed condition until the end of its next turn
  Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 1.
