  You divine invoke judgment and sear your holy sigil onto a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, spectral chains lash around the target shedding Dim Light in a 10-foot radius and the target cannot benefit from the Invisible condition for the duration. While the chains remain, the first time on the targets turn that it casts a spell it takes 1d6 Radiant damage, and has Disadvantage on the saving throw to maintain Concentration on any spell from this damage. At the end of each of its turns, the branded creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the spell on itself on a success.
  On an initial successful save, the target takes 1d6 Radiant damage, and the spell ends.
  Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 1.
