You project or perform a set of melancholy or haunting notes, tones, or frequencies directing its magic at a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw, taking 2d6 Psychic damage on a failed save and have the Dazed and Slowed conditions for the duration, or only half as much damage and no other effects on a successful one.
For the duration, the target makes a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a failed save, it takes the Psychic damage again. On a successful save, the spell ends.
Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 2.
