  You carve a jagged line of void through the air, slicing through magic and matter alike. A razor-thin 60-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line extends from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the Line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d8 Force damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
  For each ongoing spell of level 4 or higher along the Line, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability (DC 10 plus that spell’s level). On a successful check, the spell ends.
  Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 4, and you automatically end a spells if the spell’s level is one level lower or less than the level of the spell slot you use.
