Quilvon's Sanctuary of Moonlight
Level 5 Abjuration (Cleric, Druid)
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: Self (15-foot Emanation)
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
You invoke the blessing of the moon and stars, surrounding yourself with flowing silver flecks of stardust that dance like drifting veils. An aura radiates from you in a 15-foot-radius Emanation for the duration, granting the following effects:
While in the aura, you and your Allies gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class and have Resistance to Necrotic and Radiant damage.
Whenever a Hostile creature enters the aura for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, until the end of its next turn its Speed is reduced by 10 feet and it has Disadvantage on the first Attack roll it makes against any other creature in the aura.
When a creature you can see within the aura is hit by an Attack from a creature you can see, you can use your Reaction to grant that creature Resistance to one damage type dealt by that Attack until the start of its next turn.
Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The radius increases by 5 feet for each spell slot level above 5, up to 8. The Armor Class bonus increases by one when you use a spell slot of level 7 or higher. When you cast this spell using a level 9 spell slot, it no longer requires Concentration.
