Omen of the Rift

  You lift your eyes to a wrong constellation etched along the scars of the Rift. For a minute, the heartbeats of fate arrange themselves in patterns only you can read. When you cast this spell, roll three d8s and record the numbers (these are your omens).
  Until the spell ends, when a creature you can see within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll or saving throw, you can apply one of your omens as a bonus or penalty to that roll (no action required). The omen is then expended.
  When you use an omen on an Enemy, the die replaces the Enemy’s roll, but you take Psychic damage equal to the number rolled on the omen die. This Psychic damage ignores resistance and immunity.
  You can only apply one omen to a given roll. A creature can be affected by multiple omens over the duration, but never more than one per roll.
  When the spell ends, if you have any unused omen dice remaining, reality snaps back against your mind. Make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, or you gain one level of Rift Corruption.
  Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You roll an additional omen die for each spell slot level above 3.
