  Lines of sharp, star-bright light snap into existence around a creature you can see within range, linking into a twisting pattern that binds both flesh and fate. The target must make a Strength saving throw or take 2d4 Cold damage and 2d4 Radiant damage and gain the Grappled condition for the duration as luminous chains of starlight wrap around it. While Grappled in this way. the target glows, shedding Bright Light in a 10-foot radius and Dim Light for an additional 10 feet, and cannot benefit from the Invisible condition. At the start of each of its turns while Grappled, the target takes 1d4 Cold damage and 1d4 Radiant damage.
  On a successful save, the target takes half the initial damage and is not Grappled.
  Using Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d4 for each spell slot level above 2.
