Hrassitssar was both the First and Last of the white-scaled Frost Dragons
- Credited with creating the Aktril
- Leader of the Frost Dragons until their extinction during the Last Dragon War
- One of the two First Dragons killed during the Last Dragon War
- Believed by some to still be alive somewhere, hiding among the other races by transforming into the guise of a wizened old sage.
