Passive:

Dragon’s Precision- You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls made with this weapon.

Flaming Slash- When you roll a natural 20, deal an additional 1d6 fire damage.

Infernal Explode (1/long rest)- If you roll two natural 20s within any five attack rolls, you may trigger Infernal Explode on your next hit. The axe explodes with chaotic fury, dealing an additional 1d12 fire damage to the target and each creature within 5 feet. All creatures in the area (excluding you) must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take the full fire damage. On a success, they take half.
