Port Authority of Bastor
The Port Authority is an old organization that fell out of use in favor of passing the responsibility to the local Lawmaster.
Faced with financial difficulties, Duchess Augusta Charmont has re-established the Port Authority of Bastor to monitor all commerce going in and out of the city. Unfortunately, this extra oversight has been met with disdain from locals who routinely disregard it, making their job even more difficult.
Entrusted with the guardianship of the Port Authority, Alma and Aerin Estuary, Baron Druceff's youngest offspring, have taken over its operations.
