This circlet is an ouroboros of snake bones, stitched together by vines and sinew. It functions as a Ring of Animal Influence. The circlet has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the circlet, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast one of the following spells:

- Animal friendship (save DC 13)
- Fear (save DC 13), targeting only beasts that have an Intelligence of 3 or lower
- Speak with animals
Curse. The Circlet of Savagery is one of the thirteen unique Graven Rings. Like the others in the set, it bears a terrible curse.
This circlet is cursed. This fact is not revealed by the detect magic or identify spells, nor is it immediately apparent upon attunement. Attuning to the circlet curses its wearer until they have fulfilled special removal requirements. While cursed, the circlet may not be removed or unattuned.
When a creature attuned to the Circlet of Savagery targets a beast with a spell of any kind, the beast enters a rage and becomes hostile. While under this effect, the beast makes all attacks with advantage. This effect lasts an hour or until the targeted creature reaches 0 hit points.
Removal Requirements. Once it has been attuned, the Circlet of Savagery may only be removed within a Druid’s Grove. The remove curse spell does not affect the circlet.
History. The circlet is one of four Graven Rings that has not been seen since its reclamation and the end of the family line. As a note of interest, the local historians believe the cursed crown is passed between the animals of the moors, keeping it from the clutches of man.
