The Dreuvalk-Earth War
The Dreuvalk-Earth war was an military conflict lasing from 230-234 A.E.B. (2026-2030 A.D.) and really defined the relationship between Humans, The Council and The Dreuvalki for years to come.
The Conflict
Prelude
a decade prior, Humans had been discovered by the rest of the Galaxy, (even if their existence had been theorized for years) and The Galactic Council saw this as an opportunity to attain a new council member to add, and so donated 4th dimensional warp drive technology to Earth and a treaty was signed to give Earth land that was quite emtpy at the time. Problem was some of that land was overlapping the Dreuvalk Empire, including a new burgeoning Human world. Entaria.
Outcome
Dreuvalkia was humiliated heavaly for losing to Earth and signed a peace treaty that kept Entaria to Earth and reparations will be handed out to the families affected by the Entaria Incident. Swebia his human refugees and was found out, leading to his exile.
Aftermath
Relations between Earth and Dreuvalk would remain shaky until later peace talks tried to sort out the issue. King Jahalkhi of the Dreuvalks became unpopular by his own people, he would abdicate 3 years later. currently with the Dreuvalk Empire ruled by Swebia, relations between Humans and Dreuvalk have become a lot better and a few cultural exchange programs have been talked about, and tourism is growing between each other, with a second war very unlikely.
Historical Significance
Legacy
This War will be nothing but a foot note in history as both Humans and Dreuvalk come closer every day in friendship. Their relationship is comparable to the relationship between America and Japan after World War II.
