At the center of the Milky way lies a realm for the departed, and at the helm is one of the most famous beings known to life. Death. The Fourth Horseman of the apocalypse will be the last horseman to be called to start the apocalypse and behind him, he will rip open a large portal, letting in all of the Chaos Realm to attack in full force as they march behind Death.
Physical Description
Body Features
Death is just a bare Human Skeleton and so is his Ashen, Pale Horse, 'Dread'. He will always wear a black robe.
Apparel & Accessories
Death sports a Black robe that hides his scythe and is made of a cold fabric.
Specialized Equipment
Death Wields a giant Scythe that allows him to extract souls and direct them to the after life, the scythe also allows him infinite range to decide who dies over large distances.

Death Believes and knows that Death is eternal and inevitable, he is the fourth Horseman because after Famine, Pestilence/Conquest and War will always be Death and Chaos following behind. Death spares no soul unless they use some sort of shield from Death which is immortality, and even then the recipient will always beg for swift death after a long time, having immortality, proving Death's idea that Death is final, eternal and inevitable.
