    The Enslavement of the Ivelen
    Miscellaneous

It wasn't long before the Dragon Lords took notice of the new creatures that had emerged into the world. The Dragon Lords were quick to submit the Ivelen to their will, enslaving them and forcing them to take care of the Dragon's every whim. Their long and direct exposure to the Dragon Lords is used to explain why the Elven people are born with magical inclinations.

    The First Dwarves
    Discovery, Scientific

Out of the fire and the stone, the first Dwarves were fashioned from the power of the Dragon Lords. The serpentine rulers found that their favored slaves had their limits, so while the Elves served the Dragons on the surface, the Dwarves were made to work beneath the land. The first Dwarves were made to carve out the Dragon's great subterranean nests that, to this day, run for miles beneath Dremlia.

    The First Humans
    Population Migration / Travel

It is unsure by what means the first Humans came to Dremlia, or why. The Elder Men, as they were called, first appeared from the Genesis Islands and settled the Northlands. With the cold temperatures natural to the Northlands, the Dragons were unable to live there, given their innate need for warmth. This allowed the Elder Men to thrive for a time before the Dragon Lords took notice of them.
