Dread Beast Sagas

There have always been stories of the fantastic and the horrifying. For much of human history, they remained just stories and those that inspired the stories could remain anonymous. Exceptions, such as inquisitions and witch trials became dark chapters of paranoia and superstition in textbooks but the truth lay in hidden and long-forgotten journals, coded in the margins of notebooks and twisted into the parables and myths. In the 20th century, the nature of war changed, information was power and those secret truths became state secrets and in the age information, became public truth.   The fantastic is real. People with power and monsters in the dark hidden so long now coming into the light to reveal heroes and villains.
