The turning point in the Morning War, the Paladins of the Dawn were finally able to solidify their hold at the foothills of the Prisma Mountains by founding a new central focus for their faith.

As the Morning War raged, the Paladins of the Dawn walked tirelessly towards achieving their ultimate goal: the creation of a mortal reflection of Elysium. One of the major things necessary was the creation of a divine focal point that could be used to gather the energy necessary to pierce the divine gate.   Naturally, such a focal point would be a juicy target for the Reborn Ishar Empire. So the Paladins built an entire city around it. The creation of this city gave the Paladins an element of legitimacy after their years as guerrilla fighters, as the humble peasants of the region flocked to the new life and prospects offered.
