Shadow Slayers Guild
The most notable and prestigious adventurers of Bingtown, the Shadow Slayers can be found at the boundary of Cursewood and Northpoint, very near Druids Bridge. From the outside, the guildhouse of the Shadow Slayers blends in fairly well with the rest of the streets of the Lower City, however it does have one thing that tells it apart from the others along this cramped street. A single tower, located towards the rear of the building, juts out among the skyline.
Public Agenda
The Shadow Slayers serve the populace of Bingtown by taking upon themselves any of the tasks that involve stepping foot beyond the protective walls of the city. Whether this be a simple delivery of goods, or an expedition deep into the swampy jungles of the Cursed Shores. All for a reasonable and competitive price.
History
For as long as there has been an outpost at Bingtown, there have been Shadow Slayers. The brave souls that took watch at the perimeter while others cowered behind secure doors. It is a popular myth that the Shadow Slayers were formed into a guild by Heironymous Bing himself during the Wasting Winter, a myth that the guild encourages to attract business. Officially, the first mention of a truly incorporated collection of Shadow Slayers was during the clearing of the land that would become the Riverside district, where the group was hired by the Founding Families to ensure no Shadows slipped past the construction site and into the city proper.
Since then, the Guild has grown in influence and popularity both, making it the dream of many adventurous child to one day join the ranks of the Slayers.
