Potion of Controlled Mutation

This sickly-looking potion contains a writhing mass of tentacles that animate and uncomfortably crawl down the imbiber’s throat when consumed. The taste is pungent and fishy, and results in the sudden outbreak of random, but temporary, mutations.

When you consume this potion, you gain the effects of one randomly determined Mutation until you start a Short or Long Rest. You can roll on the Mutations table twice, choosing which mutation manifests. You don’t gain any Contamination levels as a result of this Mutation. When the effect ends, your body returns to normal.

• Creating a Potion of Controlled Mutation requires an Uncommon Workshop and the following Uncommon Components:
• Animus: Animus from an Aberration
• Fluid: Contaminated Ichor
• Organs: Any two Organs from an Aberration.
