Blackjack Mel
Blackjack Mel is a human scoundrel. He is a short and scrawny man in his late thirties with a funny looking but clean shaven mug and greasy slicked-back hair. He wears a black padded jacket and buckled slacks that appear distinguished at first glance, but are actually quite shabby and worn.
