Stalker the dragon

Stalker is one of the most dangerous beings in all of Dracovara. But how did he get to this status?

Lore / backstory

Stalker was best friends with a dragon of his own kind named Track when they were little. They were basically inseparable due to their unique horn shapes. Track had ram horns (as rare as left-handed people), and Stalker had antler shaped horns, which are so rare, there have only been three in the history of his kind. One day, the Ceremony of Sculls was being held. This is a special occasion where the young dragons of the tribe go looking for their head sculls, or the scull they wear on their faces, and decorate them with fine jewelry and stones. As Track and Stalker went looking for head sculls, Stalker couldn't find any that fit due to his horn shape. As all the young dragons started to head back, Stalker spent the time looking for a scull that fit. He eventually gave up, and Track drifted away from him due to him being different. Even worse, his Dad died in a battle against another tribe of dragons, causing Stalker to have to hunt, fight, eat, and do everything else alone. Eventually, Stalker had the courage to look for a head scull one last time, and he found a large scull with giant teath, a brown hue, and leaves growing out of the horns (visual representation on the right). Even though the scull was to big, he decided to try it on to see if it worked. He instantly fell in love. Even though the scull was worn down, he wasn't different anymore. He also realized that the scull gave him special shadow magic, and he used them to get revenge on the dragons who hurt him in the past. The more he used these powers for evil, the more distorted his mind and body became. He started to grow spines and become visably larger, and soon enough, he turned into a dragon of pure shadow. He had made this choice, and he was completley fine with how powerful he had become.

stalker has a plethora of magical shadow powers he can use, but these are his strongest.

• creating shadow clones
• possession

his powers double at midnight and triple if there's a new moon, causing the night to be at its darkest.
