Founding
On this day, Zebidiah Greene officially founded the town of Greensborough, intent on making a safe haven for himself and others like him; these were the first known people in history to have abilities.
On the 20th of July in 1732, Zebidiah Greene founded the town of Greensborough in the South Carolina colony. 21 years prior, Zebidiah had discovered he'd gained an ability when he accidentally made all the young dandelions in a field grow to maturity. He spent his life hiding this ability, fearing those who'd label him a witch. After growing in maturity and social standing, Zebidiah was finally able to found a town that he intended to make a safe haven for himself and anyone like him; indeed, by the time the revolutionary war was brewing, Greensborough was home to more than 20 families, all harboring children and adults with abilities.
