Frost

Frost is an ability which allows a person to freeze objects; when the humidity is high enough, they might also create shapes and tools of ice from the air.   Frost can be a misleading ability name, as it implies the presence of ice. In reality, the ability functions as a rapid cooling implement: it quickly slows the movement of atoms to bring an object's temperature down. If there is moisture in or around the object, there will be frost on it.   It is possible to super cool objects without leaving a visible trace, should the humidity be low enough.   The speed and effectiveness of the ability is variable, mostly by user talent and training.   It is possible for there to be an optical difference between items made through the air's humidity. The difference is usually small and difficult to spot, but the hue can be shifted towards any color in the visible spectrum.
