Extract from Chapter 12 of the 2nd Book of Edran, from the Sapientia Mysteriorum
Second Coming of the Dragons
The Dragons have not been banished from the world forever.
A prophecy concerning the return of the dragons, as given by Ptah through Edran the Wise, a prophet.
2 Thus saith Ptah, the Mysterious Wanderer, unto the people of Draconia: Behold, the time cometh that the dragons shall move once again upon the land;
3 For even as thou art plagued with strife and enmity, nevertheless in that day shalt thou dwell in peace.
4 For unto you the dragons shall be given again, and they shall establish peace throughout the land.
5 And in that day, shalt there be peace and prosperity, and none shall take up sword one with another, lest in that same hour they be cast down.
Second Coming of Ra
The return of the dragons will usher in the return of Ra to the world, who will come at the conclusion of 1000 years of the dragons’ second mission.
9 Behold it shall come to pass that a generation of dragons shall publish peace to Draconia;
10 Then shalt there be a glorious light, such that there shall be a day and a night and a day which shall be as one day, for there shall be no darkness throughout the land.
11 This shall be a sign unto all people, that the King has returned. Again I say unto you, this is the sign that the Lord, Ra, the Spirit of Order, the Sun, shall again rule,
12 And all that is in creation shall be His domain, and all people and beasts and insects, every manner of life shall be His subjects.
13 In that day, shall the dwellingplace of the gods and the dwellingplace of mortals become as one, when the mountains move to encompass the land round about, to the East and to the West.
14 Also in that day, shall all the mysteries of Ptah be revealed unto the people, that they might know all things that pertaineth to the world.
15 Praise be to the Lords Ptah, Ra, Horus, and Osiris who, in the coming of that great day, shall rule together over all things;
16 And there shall be none that shall be over Ra, for He shall rule as the High King over all creation, and Wonderous shall be His name, in that day.
