Nevrasea
Nevrasea was originally a kingdom of elves, before the days of the Great Migration when the elves decided to live within their own communities on what would become the Island of the Elves. While Nevrasea retains a sizeable elven population (the largest of any non-elven kingdom in Draconia), its population is now largely human.
Structure
The country is governed by a Lord or Lady at the top, similar to that of a monarchy. The people form local city/town councils headed by a mayor. Each mayor serves on the National Council to advise the Lord/Lady. Some smaller towns only appoint a mayor to lead the town on their own.
