Harry Marv is a legendary Burglar and thief. Wanted in the UCAA, AEU and every community from Maine to Pacifica. This legendary NuType is known for his ability to shape and flex his whole body like it's made out Silly Putty. Which he has used to steal valuables from rich and powerful people, overcoming locks and barriers easily.
Marv made a deal to cut the Lobos Perdidos Motor Gang in on his takes, acting as a fence for him while also protecting him from law enforcement and local retribution for his thefts. While strictly speaking not part of the gang, he is more than willing to help them when issues come up and has been seen taking with both Koyootl and Bloodclot before the MC performs a criminal action.
