Charging Star
An Old US hero, now a UCAA staple NuType. A strong, brawling hero rushing into things one spear at a time. A principal member of Crash and Burn, much to his embarrassment.
Born Owen Kaiser, in what will become the badlands of Oklahoma during the Second Crisis. Owen Kaiser was raised on strong American values and the patriotism of the new age. The family farm led him to be a tough and resourceful lad, and the military offered him the excitement of being trapped in the heartland away from the coast didn’t.
Very quickly proving himself as an exemplary soldier, he volunteered for the Forced Evolution Project when he was presented as an ideal candidate, along with the likes of the future Minute Man.
He joined the first Us Super team as soon as it was formed, and even followed Minute Man’s example and joined the UCAA very publicly. As a result, he is often held up as proof by the Stars and Stripes of what is wrong with the UCAA, and by the UCAA why the Stars and Stripes are dangerous.
Powers are simple super strength and durability. Sadly, he is kind of a one-note hero from another age, the Crises didn’t need finesse or imagination. Charging Star is a juggernaut that is often as hard to stop as he is to convince to stop physically.
