Scarlett DeFelice is a biker of the Lobos Perdidos Motor Gang, shown to have a "romantic" connection to War Pig, The Hills Giant, and the Road Warrior. Despite her... free love in the gang, her position marks her close in the gang to being the third in charge if not bucking for second against Johnny Hills' position.
Deflice is covered in bandages, some clean, some stained beneath the thick and torn leather of her vest and chaps. The bandages appear to be necessary given her powers. DeFlice has the ability to control "her blood." She has demonstrated in rather ghastly reports that her AB positive blood can tough other blood and move it into her control. This allows her to form various objects with incredible strength and density. She has been seen using blades and throwing spears of hardened blood, blocking bullets with walls of blood, and using chains and wings to escape when she didn't have access to her custom motorcycle.
