The Orc Wars

The Haven Wall had been erected over 350 years ago during the Orc Wars to protect Haven from the Orcs to the north. After a 20 year long war and millions of dead, the free peoples of Haven and the Orc and Goblins forces struck a truce under a new Orc chieftan named Grunuk Broken Tusk. Since then, the Orc and Golbin tribes have become more civilized and have opened trade with Haven as well as other nations nearby. Though they still have tribal skirmishes, it is ‘mostly’ safe to travel in their territories. Many Orcs and Goblinkin have moved in and round Haven, becoming skilled crafters, religious leaders, political figures, and more. Muzog the Wise is the current High Chief of the Orc territories seated in Bôal, north of Hope.
