Silver Spears Adventurer's Guild
Structure
Grandmaster-
Responsible for all major decisions, the ranks of the guild swear absolute fealty to the Grandmaster over all others. Capable of assigning the most difficult of tasks and declaring guild campaigns. The only individual to hold the rank of Grandmaster was Gallard Blackstone.
Quartermaster-
The Quartermaster was also responsible for sourcing supplies and providing food and board to the members of the guild.
Treasurer-
Responsible for the management of guild funds, the treasurer spent their time reducing costs and managing the guild's investments.
Taskmaster-
The Taskmaster's office was responsible for the acceptance, rating and assigning of jobs to the guild members. Along with the burden of assigning jobs, they would assess the performance of the guild members.
Instructor-
The Instructor was responsible for the training of guild members and assessing initiates before allowing them to become full members.
Rated Members-
1st- 1st Rated members are the most elite members of the guild allowed to take on S rated missions and assigned tasks directly by the Grandmaster and Task Master.
2nd- 2nd Rated members are allowed to take on A and B rated missions.
3rd- 3rd Rated members are allowed to take B and C rated missions individually and A rated missions if paired with another member of 3 rate or higher.
4th- 4th Rated members are allowed to take D rated missions individually and are allowed to take C rated missions in a minimum of 3 member squad.
5th- 5th Rated members are allowed to take D rated missions but must be accompanied by a 4th rated member in a minimum 4 member squad.

Culture
The Silver Spears hold themselves to a strict code of honor. Any member who intentionally harms a civilian or degrades the reputation of the guild can receive anywhere from simple discipline to a full branding and expulsion from the guild.
Disbandment
The Silver Spears Adventurer's Guild was dissolved at the end of the Silver Spear Rebellion when they defeated Father Aelus and liberated the city of Blackstone from the forces of chaos. Following the disbandment of the guild, a new elite fighting force was formed from their highest rated members. All who served within the Silver Spears Adventurer's guild were given the opportunity to serve in the Silver Guard and the Blackguard as well as being awarded the title of Blackguard Sentinel.
