Cut from an incredibly rare emerald and imbued with the essance of dwarven diplomacy. The Emerald Eye enables the user to silently communicate with wearers of the Emerald Rings Of Smaragdus, despite great distances. The user will also be able to see and hear what the ring wearers do. The Emerald Eye also grants the user a birds eye view of the Kingdom Of Smaragdus.
