Rinroh
Meaning "Of the Town".
The speaker of the town and in charge of the town's well being. It's a title only created during the early Humaneborn era.
They are decided by the local Godsears. They take in account the family that proves they are the most influential and essential part of the town presented proven through the testimony written by the townsfolk every week and what the family writes as well. Then approved by a Roots of Shudar.
Appointing a new Rinroh is a whole event, sometimes taking a few months if there are too many or no true worthy canidates. It can also bring new people into town with influencing motives, though are not often a popular choice. They can offer more funding for the town, but are rather unreliable in respect, and being too fresh can come of as looking for power by way of riches.
They usually nominate a few families for the Godsears to consider depending on the size of the town.
Unless proven to be unworthy of Suda's praise, the status of Rinroh is attached to the family through generations, and is of course a prestiges title to hold, even as a member of the family.
They are appointed by the town due to trust. It's still a authoritative figure, and it's pretty respected. While Ardusan Birthright Titles are a regular way to find someone's status, as long as the Rinroh stays righteous, they can have any title, and remain the head even with a lower title.
