Lowtrunt Glow Leafling
A type of leafling that has chosen to devote their life to the Lowtront Glow.
The flower itself is a bright and glowy plant, while the Leaflings devoted to it are often described as gloomy and quiet. Known for being reclusive and slightly more secretive than the average Leafling.
The flower they devote to is incredibly mystical, but known to be a somber path to take compared to many other paths. Tales in both Ardusan and Leafling cultures deal with the myst that makes it glow leads unfortunate souls to their death, and afterwards, leads them back to Suda's Haven.
Their hamlets, often referred to as Mounds, are very small, usually only 10-20 leaflings if they can help it. They don't live underground, but cover their home in a dense shell of thick vines that keep it dark and let minimal sunlight through, as the flowers doesn't need much.
While self efficent, Plain Leaflings are known to regularly travel through to help out and offer goods to the leaflings may not be focused on.
Lowtrunt Leaflings are very accepting of others, often putting themselves low on social standing. Plain leaflings are commonly traveling or living near them. They also are one of the few leaflings that don't express a cultural hatred for humans. It's understood the flower itself doesn't discriminate Humans from Leaflings, all those under Suda's influence are effected by it.
As it's a part of a tall tell in Ardusan culture, they are also referred to as a Glowlit Petal Leafling, in the Ardusan name of the plant, but most prefer Lowtrunt Glow.
"They're very sweet! In a... in a very quiet kind of sweet. Always lets me help, always thanks me. Always.... slowly... I worry I may be starting to take on their mannerisms." -Frequent Plain Leafling visitorTheir songs are known to be low in tone, deep and somber, often bringing tears to those that hear it.
