Pustak'viram
(a.k.a. The Book Wyrm)
Pustak'viram is a silver dragon who secretly operates the Tarragon Library. Unlike most dragons, Pustak'viram's hoard is comprised entirely of books that make up the collection of the Tarragon Library. He freely allows others to read from his collection, so long as the books remain within his library. Entry to the library can be purchased by bringing Pustak'viram a book he has not seen before or returning a book that had been previously stolen from the library, which means that entry into the library has become increasingly difficult over the centuries.
