The US government approves harsher penalties and responses to superhuman crime that breaks the rules established by the Human/Superman Regulations Acts (HSHRA) . Superhuman crime numbers slowly begin to drop.
Disequilibria and the Disverse are an original work by KuroMaboroshi.
