His power gave him the ability to “postpone” damage done to him into the future. As a result, he was able to gradually take damage that would kill him if inflicted instantaneously. His ability strained him the more indefinitely postponed wounds he held.

Wore an U.S. army uniform as a costume, concealing his face with a gasmask. An American flag was wrapped around torso.
