Historical differences
Africa has been affected perhaps the most to the negative by the appearance of superhumans out of all continents of the world. With many regional conflicts and governments often unable to enforce their own laws across all regions, the appearance of superhumans was yet another factor of chaos that contributed to making the region even more unstable. Even many formerly stable countries have fallen into disarray, local warlords rule much of the land and super warfare is a common sight.
