The Forrestial Dweller

See, people don’t actually know what to call this thing. It’s strange, like a weird hybrid of multiple animals with a human head and tree related markings. The marks it leaves are unrecognizable and don’t belong to an animal that exists in the world, yet the markings aren’t left by an object. Nobody has ever seen said monster, but people know it exists. There are rumors just about everywhere explaining what it could be. Some people think it’s something based on folklore. Others believe that it’s some sick joke someone or a group of people are playing. Still, the origins are unknown and will remain unknown until further research is conducted.
Found in the depths of the thick woods in Forrestial, the creature isn’t known to attack the civilians that live in the country for they don’t pose a threat or the creature has grown to become familiar with the civilians. However, this is the opposite for people that disregarded the global warning for traveling to Forrestial and how it’s not advised and even strictly prohibited travel to and from Forrestial in some countries. With the thick trees that seem to be higher than the sun from the ground and larger than average leaves that tend to block out sunlight and view of the sky above, the creature is easily able to hide in the trees and move from eyesight quickly and more agility than shadows themselves.
The attacks seemed to stop after the death of Emily P. Danali after she was supposedly murdered by the mystery creature in 1978. Emily was from Farrell before she decided to take a vacation for about a week to Forrestial even though it was highly requested by the Forrestial Government that visitation is highly unrequested and should not be considered.
