The uprising of a Tiefling named "Asano Hashi" led to a clan rebellion and marked the beginning of a period of intense persecution for Tieflings and other monstrous races. In response to the attempted rebellion, those who invoked the name of Aubadae for their false sense of justice brought upon themselves divine punishment, leading to the transformation of the leading general of the Torishani, and many others, into Tieflings.
After a clan rebellion started by a Tiefling named "Asano Hashi", the persecution of Tieflings and other monstrous races reached an all-time high. Most races descended from the Titans saw them as a threat to their society and safety, and many Tieflings were falsely accused of crimes they didn't commit. This would all be heralded by one of the emperor's leading generals, Ladia the Ruthless. This injustice didn't go unnoticed by the higher powers, as the events unfolded, Aubadae was summoned down to Torishani to intervene. As a deity of justice, he wouldn't stand idly by while innocent people were being punished and executed. He made his presence known and delivered swift justice to those who invoked his name for their own selfish purposes. One of the most notable punishments was the transformation of the leading general, Ladia Barrenwood into a Tiefling themselves, along with many others who were responsible for the wrongful persecution. The punishment was meant to serve as a reminder that justice should be blind, and everyone should be treated fairly, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Following these events the general would not be seen for some time as she and many others flee the continent, holding shame for their actions.
