Chapter: Deliberation After Cataclysm

In the aftermath of the devastating earthquakes and tsunamis that rocked the Summer Festival in the Keys, our intrepid group of adventurers find themselves transported to the awe-inspiring sky city of Aethurn. Suspended among the clouds, this bustling metropolis is renowned for its bustling airship workshops and the towering figures of the Sky Giants, who play an integral role in the city's daily life. As they step onto the landing platform of Aethurn, the White Dragon Lenoc, who had rescued them from the chaos of the tsunamis, bids them farewell and tells the group that the Sovereign heard their pleas but is currently predisposed for personal intervention. The adventurers are left standing in front of an imposing building that Nova recognizes as a Bureau - an establishment present in every skydock and city to ensure the smooth functioning of air travel under the laws set by the Skysovereign, Aurora Brighthollow.

The Bureau:

With the air humming with the sounds of whirring engines and the bustle of activity, the adventurers are ushered inside the Bureau by uniformed attendants. Within its walls, they find themselves immersed in a world of intricate machinery, floating maps, and mesmerizing displays showcasing the intricate network of airship routes crisscrossing the skies. Their arrival catches the attention of a stern but composed figure, a Sky Elf named Aelarion, who introduces himself as the Bureau Chief. He acknowledges the group's predicament and offers them aid, explaining that the city's resources and connections are at their disposal. Aelarion reveals that they are not the only ones who have arrived in Aethurn due to the festival's disaster, hinting at potential allies and new acquaintances. Giving the group the name of a tavern within the city, which housed the survivors of the disaster, Aelarion takes off to tend to his duties preparing for the SKysovereign's arrival.
