Order of Tempskasser
The Sideri Order of Tempskasser (L. Dinoranian: Ordon Tempskàsser) was one of the Forty-four Sideri Orders that broke off from the Prophetic Order of Immortals following the fragmentation of the Three Devodes. It was active from 966 to its disbandment in 1519 as part of Dejnus VI's Great Reforms. During its half-century of activity, the Order participated in a number of conflicts, including the Sithenian Crusade, the Orsine War, and the Wars of Dejnus V.
The family to which Askei Rhadan and Harrùn K. Rhadan belong is descended from the Tempskasser knight Harrün Arjadétɍen.
Origins
Tempskasser means 'Stone-breaker' or alternatively 'Unbound by Time' depending on the intonation or the Old Ptéroais dialect in which it is spoken. The Early history of the Order is chronicled in Araid Sempetoi's Kasseriysa, which is considered by historians to be the foremost primary source for the study of the Order, and is also a key source in understanding the shifting balance of power in the Lutrian heartlands at the end of the first millennium. The chronicle was commissioned by Kéré Antéɍjad, the second Amyr of Acthoi, in 1016. The Order was founded by the knight Eɍllon of Acthoi in 966 in response to disagreements between the Sideri Bailiwick of the Lutrian Counties of Acthoi and the parent Order of Helmarei-Gvaradan regarding matters of jurisdiction, authority and compensation. The Kasseriysa chronicles the Order's foundation by Eɍllon in a dramatic 150-page chapter.Conflicts
