Despite many magicians taking slaves for menial tasks and hard labor, the lord of the Necromancers takes slaves and converts them into undead minions. This is heavily frowned upon by the other schools, but it is too late to do anything by the time they find out. A wave of undead is poised to wash over the world. The first necropolis is built.

Solomon, first of his name, Slayer of Necrolords, High Lord of the First Council, and King of the Northlands is slain. Morakordred becomes treacherous and has the royal family slain. She rises to power soon afterward and declares herself Queen of All Things. Solomon was survived by his infant daughter who was taken away from the castle before she could be destroyed.
In desperation, Morakordred expended much of her strength to keep her enemies at bay. Fissures split the continent and set the fragments adrift on the sea. Eventually the continents would cease to travel and settle in their places.
Dragons are hunted into extinction, and with the death of the last dragon so too does arcane magic cease to be.
Several small regions are invaded and conquered in Eastern Estrecia. The invading king places trusted individuals in positions of power within these countries. Science begins to flourish.
The Vectarian Empire conquers the last province in Eastern Estrecia and effectively divides the continent into East and West.
The provinces of Western Estrecia band together and push the Eastern Empire back.
The Vectarian Empire ceases their push westward after losing several skirmishes. A line is drawn on a map during a conference between the leaders of the East and West. A proper border is formed and maintained.
An engineer in Eastern Estrecia develops a small bipedal vehicle that is infused with magical ability. The vehicle was dubbed Magitech.
